We are seeking a motivated and experienced CEX Relationship Manager to strengthen and maintain Arbitrum’s partnerships with centralized exchanges (CEXs). You will play a key role in driving the adoption of the Arbitrum ecosystem by fostering strategic relationships with CEXs, enabling seamless integrations, and ensuring alignment with our vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with centralized exchanges to promote the adoption of Arbitrum’s technology and ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and new feature rollouts, such as token listings, staking, and L2 withdrawals.
• Collaborate with CEX partners to identify suitable ecosystem projects for various CEX products.
• Assist CEX partners in onboarding ecosystem projects.
• Communicate the benefits and technical nuances of Arbitrum to CEX stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and developers.
• Advocate for Arbitrum’s priorities and use cases during partnership discussions.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align CEX partnerships with broader ecosystem goals.
• Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with CEX partners to increase user awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with or at tier-1 CEX
