We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to build out the content required to bring new businesses that create earning opportunities and also help promote these opportunities to millions of digital entrepreneurs around the developing world.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies for both our B2C and B2B audiences. Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for creating content that resonates with our diverse user base across international markets.
Blog Leader: Overseeing and coordinating the content strategy, creation, and publication of a blog, ensuring it aligns with Airtm goals and engages the target audience effectively.
Content Strategy & Creation:
– Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for both B2C and B2B segments, aligning with the overall marketing and business goals.
– Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content in the form of blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, ebooks, and more, in both English and Spanish.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure content aligns with branding and supports marketing campaigns.
Audience Understanding: Conduct research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of both B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring content relevance.
SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our platforms.
Communications Support: Support and guide comms in social media, email marketing and other company channels.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts, using data to refine strategies.
Multilingual Content: Translate and localize content from English to Spanish and vice versa as needed.
Experience, skills & stack required
– 5+ years of experience of content creation for digital media.
– Proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on creating content for both B2C and B2B audiences.
– Fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages (Portuguese is a plus).
– Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
– Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
– Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
– Data-driven approach to content strategy, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
