Graphic Designer – ZEBEDEE Creative Team

ZEBEDEE Creative Team seeks a versatile Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of full-time experience to join our in-house creative team. You possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver fast-paced solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on elevating and executing on internal and external brand design projects, with a particular emphasis on brand and marketing needs. Working alongside the V.P. of Creative at ZEBEDEE, you’ll have the opportunity to execute creative directions, propose design concepts, and demonstrate your strong design fundamentals and typography skills. The ideal candidate should have an interest in gaming, bitcoin, and the lightning network.

Key Responsibilities

• Create strong design solutions for B2B and B2C audiences across multiple channels.
• Propose creative concepts that align with marketing objectives on a project-by-project basis.
• Design and direct a wide variety of creative work including animation, art direction concepts, social media content, merch design, event imagery, webpages, competitive audits, and more.
• Work with creative leads to refine the ZEBEDEE brand and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other members of the creative team, such as 2D/3D artists, motion designers, and project managers.
• Produce campaign assets that are adaptable to multiple formats and consider omnichannel requirements.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and design reviews.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail in all work.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects/Premiere.
• Confidence in proposing and executing creative solutions.
• Strong typography, imagery, and layout design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work at a fast pace.
• Knowledge of current design trends, particularly in the Crypto and Gaming sectors.
• Understanding of Gen Z and their visual preferences.
• Team player with a desire to collaborate and contribute to team success.

Bonus/Wishlist:

• Motion Design, 2D, or 3D skills.
