🔍 Job Overview

In order for Futaba to become a tool used by many developers, it is very important to build a strong team and good relationships with external parties.

 

Internally, the team needs to build the necessary organization and add new members to keep the entire team on track.

 

Externally, Futaba needs to create effective relationships with each Layer1/Layer2 blockchain and actively approach Dapps developers so that Futaba can contribute to the overall blockchain ecosystem as infrastructure.

 

We also need to work with the CEO in the seed round to tell our story to investors, and to connect it to the next big Futaba evolution.

😎 Job Duties

• Create Futaba’s ecosystem and build strong relationships
• Approach Dapps developers and propose the introduction of Futaba
• Creating communities such as Discord and Telegram
• Listen to developers interested in cross-chaining to gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
• Creation of other hackathons, etc.
• Organization Management
• Think about Futaba’s future growth strategy, put it into tasks, and execute them.
• Fundraising with the CEO

📃 About the Contract

Performed on a freelance contract basis.

 

The first 2-3 months start with a weekly commitment of about 20 hours.
After that, the company will consider whether to join on a full-time basis.

 

After another 6 months, a re-evaluation will be conducted to determine if the candidate will be promoted to the role of COO. (In that case, he/she will become an officer of the company corporation and will be granted Equity and Token.)

👀 What We’re Looking For:

-At least 1 year of experience as COO or manager(or 3+ years of business development experience)

-Already have deep connections with key players in the Layer1/2 chain and Dapps. Or, possible to develop them in the future.

-Ability to deeply understand ourselves, tell our story, and negotiate

-Experience participating in blockchain projects

-Technical knowledge and willingness to learn new things about it

-Experience in executing fundraising or working with Venture Capital

-The guts to never give up even in hard situations

-Expertise in a specific field, such as mathematics, cryptography, computer science, etc,

-Experienced in making product proposals to major protocols, etc.

-With unwavering determination, showcasing a track record of conquering challenges
