We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Learning and DAO Strategy Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both human resources and DAOs. You will support our HR department in designing and implementing learning and development initiatives while also contributing to the growth and development of our DAO. Requirements
Learning and Development Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Collaborate with HR team members to create engaging learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communication.
- Conduct research on the latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
DAO Support:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the DAO framework, including governance structures, decision-making processes, and community engagement strategies.
- Participate in DAO meetings, take minutes, and assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and materials.
- Help facilitate community discussions, gather feedback, and ensure transparency in DAO operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DAO principles and practices into organizational processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to learning and development initiatives, employee performance, and engagement metrics.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to training activities and DAO operations.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as managing files, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting employee orientations.

- Knowledge or experience with blockchain technology and DAOs is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
