Responsibilities:

⦁ As a Legal Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely legal counsel to our executives. Your responsibilities will include:

⦁ Assisting with various legal topics such as labor law, partnerships, international ventures, and corporate finance.

⦁ Applying effective risk management techniques and offering proactive advice on potential legal issues.

⦁ Building and maintaining relationships of trust by communicating and negotiating with external parties such as regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.

⦁ Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to protect the company’s legal rights.

⦁ Providing clarification on legal language and specifications to colleagues throughout the organization.

⦁ Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

To excel in this internship, we expect you to possess the following qualifications:

⦁ Recently completed a law degree or currently pursuing it as part of a 3-4 course program.

⦁ Demonstrated high degree of professional ethics and integrity.

⦁ Excellent fluency in written and oral English.

⦁ Strong judgment and the ability to analyze situations and information effectively.

⦁ Personal traits: exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, prioritization and time-management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
