About the team
CryptoQuant is composed of a tightly-knit, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial team with a presence in Seoul, New York, and Miami. The marketing team plays a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch experiences for our users and potential clients. As a Web3 and institutional marketing manager, you will collaborate closely with our internal research and sales teams, as well as web3 analysts, to deliver actionable content and insights across CryptoQuant’s social media platforms, traditional media connections, crypto influencers, and most importantly, to our institutional clients and prospects.
About the Position (Marketing Manager):
- Develop email and video content that reflects research findings generated by our analysts.
- Disseminate timely marketing content that highlights key data updates and crypto trends.
- Oversee social media channels, community branches, media partnerships, and other strategic alliances.
- Conduct market analysis and formulate marketing strategies and content that align with overall business development objectives.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies and tactics.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects to drive demand generation and sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate marketing content that mirrors real-time developments, including updates, news, and events within the crypto market to enhance CryptoQuant’s visibility and user engagement.
- Host regular webinars tailored to our client profiles, including retail investors, traditional finance participants, and web3 enthusiasts.
- Assist our B2B sales efforts by creating go-to-market documentation, including product-related materials.
- Propel marketing initiatives by leveraging our social media platforms, community branches, key influencers, and media partners to expand citations, publications, posts, articles, etc.
- Manage social channels, media connections, and influencers to bolster brand awareness and cultivate a vibrant community
Qualifications (Required)
- Native English speaker residing in the US timezone.
- Proficiency in communicating with users through email and social platforms.
- Ability to conduct public speaking, including hosting online and offline seminars.
- Strong interest in gaining expertise in the digital asset industry, including cryptocurrencies and web3.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of marketing experience in a marketing agency, PR firm, or in-house marketing role.
- Capability to work both remotely and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience (Preferred)
- Prior experience in roles at Traditional Finance (TradFi), tech startups, web3 foundations, or fintech companies.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Illustrator, Figma, PowerPoint, Photoshop, TypeForm, Adobe, Canva, or similar.
- Experience in managing multiple social media channels and media partnerships.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau).
- Understanding of on-chain data and crypto market analysis.
- Prior work experience in various crypto projects or Web 3-related companies is a plus.
- Experience in team management is a plus.
