Senior Brand Marketing Designer

The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Designer to join our in-house creative Brand & Marketing team.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions that meet our brand guidelines and communicate our message to our target audience. You will work closely with our content and marketing teams to create engaging visual content for a variety of marketing materials, including website graphics, social media posts, infographics, animations, swag and other marketing collaterals.
If you take this role, we’d like for you to be experienced in developing creative concepts for campaigns and have a keen understanding for messaging consistency and business targets, putting the rationale above the execution.
The Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials adhere to these guidelines.
- Collaborate with our content, marketing and product teams to develop design concepts that effectively and consistently communicate our brand message across touch points
- Develop campaign ideas and design collaterals such as digital ads in social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Create engaging visual content for our brand spaces like website, presentations, events and others
- Able to work independently with stakeholders to manage the end to end design process from concept to implementation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a similar field.
- 4-5 years of experience in design for brand and digital marketing, a plus if in a tech or fintech company or advertising agency.
- Excellent skills in graphic design, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strategic and thoughtful in the approach to design and branding.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in video and animation design is a plus.
- Proficiency in English language.

- Resourceful person who has one foot in idealism and one foot in reality – understanding that designs need to meet targets
- Stays up-to-date with design trends and technologies to create innovative and effective designs.
- Hands-on in all aspects
- A plus, if you have been ACD in an advertising agency or similar role that was idea-focussed for campaigns
- A plus, if you are used to presenting/pitching multi-toughpoint concepts to stakeholders or clients
