Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (Defi)
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to join the Ava Labs Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for the overall program growth, onboarding and retention of users within the DeFi vertical on the Avalanche platform. This particular role will be an integral part of our team’s efforts to promote current and upcoming technical solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborates with Growth Marketing VP and cross departmental management teams on the development of integrated marketing plans for the Avalanche Platform
- Leads marketing project teams in areas such as top of funnel awareness/brand, mid-funnel analysis/consideration and bottom of funnel acquisition/conversion
- Utilize in depth knowledge of organizational objectives to Increase developer retention and re-engagement
- Design and guide implementation of measurement/attribution frameworks through reporting of spend allocation
- Assess team progress by establishing and monitoring growth goals and KPIs
- Contribute to team processes as a hands on strategist/contributor
- Interpret, visualize, and create compelling data backed narratives
- Manage portions of platform growth marketing P/L
- Learn and effectively utilize new data driven software tools
- Create initial performance marketing strategies for the DeFi vertical at Ava Labs
- Set direction for what type of messaging will/should be used in various channels
- Contribute ideas to team discussions while remaining flexible to execute on final direction, as determined by cross functional team of stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5+ years of marketing, product marketing, or product management for a technology company
- Strong understanding of fintech products/services, major DeFi primitives, dApps, and how users engage with relevant products/communities
- Prior experience working in high growth startups or rapidly developing industries
- Successful track record of marketing products for web3 end users
- Project management and the ability to lead through influence, not authority
- Notion
- Figma and/or similar wireframing tools
- Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong copywriting skills
- SQL is a plus
Base Salary Range: $142,000 – $177,600
