About the Role

ZetaChain is looking for a Visual Designer to lead our brand and visual storytelling across a variety of mediums. This role offers a unique opportunity to craft a cohesive visual identity and drive creativity across product interfaces, events, merchandise, social media, and more. You’ll work collaboratively with a talented, global team to bring the ZetaChain brand to life and make it resonate with diverse audiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Own Visual Branding: Define and maintain ZetaChain’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, websites, presentations, events, and more.
• Create Engaging Assets: Design eye-catching visuals for social media, merch, promotional campaigns, and internal use, balancing creativity with clear messaging.
• Dynamic Mediums: Work across multiple mediums, including digital, print, motion graphics, and 3D, to create innovative designs that stand out.
• Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align visuals with broader goals and ensure seamless integration into campaigns and products.
• Merch and Event Design: Lead the design for branded merchandise and event visuals, crafting memorable and high-quality experiences for attendees and users.
• Concept Development: Take ideas from concept to execution, brainstorming new approaches and exploring innovative design directions that push the boundaries of visual communication.

What We Look For:

• A Strong Portfolio: Showcasing your best work, including brand design, marketing assets, illustrations, and other visuals that demonstrate creativity, strategy, and attention to detail.
• Branding Expertise: Proven experience in creating and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across multiple platforms and mediums.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Mastery of design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and others.
• Experience with Motion and Video: Bonus if you can create motion graphics and animating static visuals.
• Versatility and Adaptability: Ability to switch between styles and mediums to suit the needs of different projects and audiences.
• Collaboration Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to deliver cohesive campaigns and designs.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail and an ability to ensure all visuals align with brand standards and project goals.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in designing for web3, blockchain, or technology-focused brands.
• Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles and best practices.
• Prior work with branded merchandise and event design.
• Motion graphics and video editing
• Experience in user testing or gathering feedback on designs to iterate and improve.
