About the Position:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary marketing professional to join our creative agency as the Vice President of Marketing. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, enhance client acquisition and retention, and achieve business growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with the executive team, cross-functional departments, and clients to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that effectively position our agency and our clients’ brands in the market. As the VP of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate our agency’s marketing efforts, while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and measurable impact.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our agency and our clients, aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
- Define and refine the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of our agency and our clients’ brands to drive market differentiation.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and management of our agency’s brand identity, as well as our clients’ brand identities, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Establish brand guidelines and standards for our agency and our clients, and ensure their adherence in all marketing collateral, campaigns, and communications.
- Champion our agency’s brand and our clients’ brands, ensuring their relevance and resonance with target audiences.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for our agency and on behalf of our clients across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging marketing materials, content, and assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Collaborate with the business development team to generate leads, support sales efforts, and drive client acquisition for our agency and our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance client retention, loyalty, and satisfaction for both our agency and our clients.
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve client experiences.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide guidance and support to team members to achieve them.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts and maximize impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the creative agency or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, brand management, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, brand awareness, and client satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Deep understanding of web3 technologies is a bonus
- 10+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in an agency environment.
