Motion Designer

Sorare is in the process of expanding its Design capabilities and is currently seeking a Motion Designer to join the team. Responsibilities

• Creating Engaging Visual Content: Develop eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and static graphics with a keen focus on being user-centric. Ensure that your designs resonate with our target audiences and enhance the user experience.
• Collaborating and Ideating: Work closely with the design team to brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas that align with our clients’ brand identities and user expectations. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in enhancing user engagement.
• Supporting Marketing Teams: Collaborate with both the product and marketing teams to ensure that your visual content not only meets the user’s needs but also aligns with our product goals and marketing strategies. Your designs will bridge the gap between user-centricity and our business objectives.
• Executing Designs: Transform concepts into high-quality visual designs using industry-standard software and tools. This includes creating assets for websites, social media, advertisements, and video content, always keeping the end user and our product and marketing objectives in mind.
• Staying Abreast of Design Trends: Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices, all while considering the evolving needs and preferences of our user base. Your ability to anticipate and meet user expectations while supporting our product and marketing efforts will be crucial to your success in this role.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Strong skills in 3D modeling and animation software
• Strong design portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
